Dr. Frank Amato

Dr. Lantos’s passion for the human body and biomechanics began as a young multi-sport athlete in Hungary. With the guidance of his physiotherapist mother, he learned that the site of his pain or injury wasn’t always the original source. Like a well-maintained machine, every part of the body must work together in unisense to achieve optimal human performance.

Dr. Lantos takes a comprehensive approach to understanding the human body and its mechanics, focusing on posture, joint-by-joint movement, and muscle engagement. His treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s goals integrating self-mobilization techniques, corrective exercises and movements that aids basic daily activities. He believes that understanding one’s pain is key to overcoming it and that it should be treated as feedback rather than a burden.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Lantos enjoys spending time in the ocean surfing and diving as well as playing beach volleyball on the sand. Being a natural thinker, he’s always looking for ways to improve his skills and come up with new solutions to aid his patients as well as his personal needs.
